Riddhi Patel, MA (she/her)
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Riddhi is originally from Georgia, where she was born and raised. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2021, she relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, to pursue her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University.
As a counselor, Riddhi is dedicated to providing a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered therapeutic experience. She draws from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, she incorporates strength-based and attachment-focused perspectives to help clients foster resilience and promote emotional well-being. Her commitment lies in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families, and she offers both individual and couples counseling services.
Outside of her clinical work, Riddhi enjoys spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and exploring new travel destinations.
