Frequently
Asked
Questions
How do I book an Initial Appointment?
The best way to book an initial appointment with us would be to click here to fill out a contact form or give us a call at (928)255-5490. Someone will get back to you by the end of the next business day.
What should I expect in my first appointment?
First appointments for counseling can be intimidating. A typical first session will include an overview on what to expect in the counseling process and a brief review of your rights as a client. From there, your counselor will lead a conversation to get to know you and to help create a plan for how they can best help going forward.
Does my insurance cover counseling with you?
We are in-network providers with BCBS and are happy to issue superbills as out-of-network providers with other insurance companies. To know for sure what to expect in terms of payment when using your insurance, we'd recommend you contact your member services representative. Typically, the number is located on the back of your insurance card.
What's your out-of-pocket fee and what is the best way to pay my bill?
We charge $140/hour for all services. We can accept payments through the online client portal. Contact your counselor with questions on how to do this.
Where is Beyond the Pines?
We believe beyond the pines is metaphysically located in the space between you and your relationship to yourself, others, and the environment. But, if you meant "where is the brick-and-mortar space you operate out of" we are found at:
