Laura Fallon, MS (she/her)
Licensed Associate Counselor

Laura grew up in England and the great Northeast. While in MA, she earned a degree in Psychology from Mt. Holyoke College. Following, she lived and worked in New York City for 12 years where she was able to study the art of theatre. While in NYC, she began guiding river trips through the Grand Canyon with Arizona Raft Adventures (AZRA). These experiences deepened her desire to help people learn how to navigate challenging times and situations, while developing a deeper sense of connection to the natural world. Simultaneously, she began studying and practicing yoga, which resulted in furthering a personal connection to mindfulness practices and body-based awareness. This ultimately led to her pursuing and earning a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College in 2021.

In her clinical work, Laura places a premium on the therapeutic relationship. Its in this space where she finds that trust, expansion, and learning to live life to the fullest occurs. She also helps her clients build a toolbox of skills to use while navigating the highs and lows of life. To do so, she uses an integrative approach that utilizes Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Nature/Adventure-Based, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and philosophies. She practices from a trauma- and culturally-informed lens and welcomes working with people from all backgrounds and identities.

When Laura isn’t practicing therapy, she can be found guiding rivers, practicing yoga, or gathering with friends and family in nature and homes across the country.
